it can't be converted as it will miss data that is needed for your queue...
like: a user was defined by nickname only before, now it is defined by nickname + hub.

older versions will lack the hubinfo...

HubRules Problem

I noticed that the DC++ minversion check doesn't work. even though it is set to 0.401 people still get kicked for using a old client like 0.22 or something like that, i've seen this behaviour in 2 separate hubs on 2 different computers.
dunno about the rest :S

BCDC is almost as stable as DC++ if not more ;-) It features a bandwith limiter which has a second set of limits which you can set at any time for any time for example.. during the day when you're at work it almost doesn't limit. In the evening it limits a bit more while you're at home internetting ...

Test of DCH++ compared to ynhub

We tested DCH++ on a hub that normally runs ynhub with 600 users.
We changed it to DCH++ and could barely squeeze in 400
maybe a plugin for stripping myinfo would be nice.
If i knew how to start such a plugin i would do it myself :?

i believe this will give no trouble at all.
because the gui would only make it simpeler to edit the xml files it doesn't change anything in the source or build.
it will use the existing xml files you get when you download the source.

if that's the case you should set the project dependencies for topic plugin
topic plugin depends on project hub ;-)
