You need to set up a hub. This is a completely seperate piece of software from DC++, which is a client.

It's a typo. He meant port number. As for what protocol you should be using, it's both TCP and UDP, using the same port number for both.

It's not exactly what you are after, but the basic principal is the same.

To make life simple, 411 goes in both public and private.
For "Host IP Address", enter the IP address of the computer, as shown by ipconfig.
Make sure enter a second rule to cover UDP.
