Yes, you can use mutliple lists, seperate them with a ;
Although, vanilla DC++ will only use the first one in the list. If its down, then it will try the second and so forth. There are a few mods which combine them.

I too would like a feature like this. Like hitting escape would stop it / stop showing results (bottom line, stop DC++ from using 100% which prevents you from doing anything in it until the seach is complete). I run into this problem when I do a too broad search (.wav and forgetting to specify a min...

1) Create Admin accounts on both hubs so you two have full control
2) Maybe DC hublink is something you could use also.

Being that DC++ is GUI driven, I highly doubt it will ever have commandline options.
If you really want one, I'd suggest you checkout the clients for *nix, several can run under windows (with or without cygwin)

It just saves me the hassle of using crappy windows search to try and find the same named file. DC++ thinks files are dups if they are the exact same byte size or does it look at the filenames too? Add total sharing when searching for hubs. Why does it matter how much they're sharing? If they've got the file(s) you need and have an open slot thats all that matters. Also add that when searching for files, folders size is shown instead of having to download a folder and guesing the size.x Yea, ...

1) It would be handy to have a tooltip for each user, that would outline all their info (or even better, customizable in what you wanted shown), i.e. Tag, description, connection, IP, etc. 2) It would also be handy for when a column isnt wide enough to display the full amount of into in a cell, that...

1) Follow How to setup NMDC Hub v1 as a template on how to set up v2. Why do you want to use v2 over v1?
2) Users not being able to search is most likely a client problem on their end, read: I dont get any search results!

You've got two options...
1) Use a firewall and only allow your schools IP ranges in. (best method)
2) Use a script that only allows your schools IP ranges in. (bad method)
Where can I download scripts?
