Most likely because you have enabled "Automatically disconnect users who leave the hub". (It's a bug that it disconnect even when you're leaving the hub.)

1. I would like to be able to ignore certain users. Getting too much spam on dc++ lately, both from individuals and from the hub bots and they don't appear just when I join but periodically. Already requested in the bugzilla. 2. Make the hubs stack on more than 2 rows... I'm on 20+ hubs at the same...

True. Though, according to SF's stats, DC++ has 13-15000 downloads each day. That is still a lot. (I don't know if that is or not too much though.)

You can run tools as GNU patch or WinMerge. If you look at the patches, things after a single '-' is removed, and things after a single '+' is added.

DC++ isn't customized to compile on VS 8... Anyway, you might find a patch that will fix your problem here.

I forgot to say... Have you converted the project files etc to VS 8? (Doesn't look like it from the error.)

I'd rather start DC++, enable 'Keep duplicate files in your file list", don't enter any hubs and share the files in question... And then check the System log window or the actual system log.

Processing HI1 and then HI

Currently, DC++ will not add a user to the userlist if they send HI1 and then HI in ADC hubs. When I had completed the fix, I looked at it and felt I violated the DRY principle. So, I changed the code to (try to) not violate the DRY principle, but I believe it added complexity. Everything happens in...

Yes. I'll just send 0 slots, IP 127.0.0.1, Port 0, Files in share 0, CID FOOMYBAR. If we break down what "informative" is, we're left with... what, e-mail and decription? I don't see the use of changing the protocol with that little gain for the hub.

Your request isn't feasable. There are tons of programs that can limit network traffic and there's no way DC++ could ever be able to detect them all.
