1) A hub only needs one port to be forwarded for each instance running.
2) Each hub needs its own port to operate on. Sure you've got ptokax setup to use seperate ports?

DC++ should automatically download it for you when the window is opened. It it does not, it may be down, in which case checkout the Alternative hublists? FAQ or your firewall might be blocking it.

BCDC, and a few other clients support file hashing (although BCDC has the best implementation of it).
