Shudder have you seen the way BCDC implements upload bandwidth How does it do the limiting? I've seen plenty of instances where BCDC++ horrendously misallocates bandwidth, but "instead you see 2 slots at 3K or 4K one at 7K the other at 6K" is such a slight imbalance that I can't see myself caring. ...
