I have not seen or heard anything about this. Where did you get this piece of information? a quick search shows me that there are 4 sources 3 of them at T3. i just am not beleaving that sitting on pipe and waiting at that speed to get more than a half GB is what they (users) really want. Is it whenever you connect to them by trying to download a file fomr them? You probably have "Automatically match queue for auto search hits" checked.
