The first thing already exists. File -> Open File List. Go up a folder and you should see MyList[a number].DcLst and MyList[a number].bz2 Open one of these and voila! As for the second part, at the moment you will get the same options as you get with any file list. ie. Download, Download To ..., etc...

There are certainly things such as upload limiting, etc that exist in DC++ variants, but I was just talking about vanilaa DC++.

If the user does the search and finds the appropriate threads, they will see what variants can do what.

You cannot download from multiple sources using DC++.

For part 1, if you enable "Automatically search for alternates" it will go through your entire download queue with 10 second (I think) intervals between each search.

ie. the feature is already there. Unless you mean something different ...?
