The sourceforge site isn't hosting the custom stlport anymore. The generic stlport library will work just fine for compiling the current CVS.

You're refereing to MoGlo or GloSearch. Neither of them work any more because of the changes in hub software.

It won't work out because upload speed varies depending a bunch of variables. So you'll end up with a great deal of false positive kicks for slow speed, enough to make the script worthless.

Do it by IP range instead. (I know that doesnt' answer your question)

It's been a while since I compiled it on windows, but I remember it compiles just like some older versions of DC++ did (before python). So, include WTL and STL and hit build.

Have to recomend trying DCH++ http://dchpp.digitalbrains.com/ , runs fabulously for months without a problem under linux. As Garg says, it depends on how many users. I wouldn't recomend it for 3000+ user hubs.

It is probably an incomplete file from some other filesharing network.. I can't think which ones use TMP, but wherever it came from, the temporary tag probably means that the data in the file is a mix of video/audio and placeholding junk. Maybe ask whoever you got it from if they can play it?
