Yes, you are very right. I would hate to have it bleeding into the system...but it would also be a pain to go into your settings between downloads. You could have the option when you right click on a directory to keep the existing directory structure or to use auto-sorting.

It would be useful to have the option to sort mp3's, avi's, etc into a folder of their own for easier access.

It would also be helpful if other criteria could be used, such as file name or size (or any other search criteria).

Look, I'm not one of those people that will download 400 mp3's back to back, but I sure as hell don't want some kind of session limiter that's going to give my slot to someone else on a 56k.
