I know that the worm takes advantage of an RPC vulnerability in Windows and attacks certain ports, but other than that I haven't looked into it at all. What exactly are the symptoms?

I don't personally run a hub myself, but from what I have read here, that seems sufficient. A hub owner may be able to tell you how many users you should be able to handle with that amount of bandwidth.

DC++ does not have that kind of functionality at the moment and as far as I know, there are noo plans to introduce it.

You may want to look at something like DCTC instead.

No, it's not. A .bz2 decompresses into a plain text file whereas a .DcLst file is binary.

It would probably be better to search for the *file* using MoGlo, rather than the user. That way you wouldn't be accused by anyone of "stalking".
