yes we get that you want to remove peopel with no slots available, but dont see why you would want to. None of us others (well none that I know) sit there and remove people without slots from our queue as we figure they may have one in 5 minutes.

This might be an occurance of the safe and compressed transfers bug. Try disable that feature in advanced settings and see if they still repeat. Personally I find this feature too handy to turn off for long periods of time, so I only disable it when I notice people having problems.
