Re: collection of filelist improvements
the filelist is only one specially shared file. No, it is a flat copy of an in-memory data structure that contains the files you're sharing. It is created on demand and may lag from the data structure it ostensibly mirrors. That doesn't mean that your changes (or rather those of the people you're s...

or better, we can add an option in the search window that we can select. As long as you understand that DC++ would have to be changed on the side that is being *searched*. DC++ could certainly filter passive search results by default and allow the user to select to filter them. However, hubs may dr...

Also, while on the subject of the crash reports / collector, a how about a link on the homepage to http://dcpp.net/crash/stats.php ...

I don't think it is a good solution, but searches by operators could be treated differently. A user who can only set up passive mode (or run one client, if he is also on LAN hubs) doesn't make a good operator, from a technical point of view. Passive mode is limited, and it's meant only to let people...

this CID stuff,, *sigh* seems to me its not working as intended. The CID was never intended to work on NMDC - it's a feature of the ADC protocol. Re: Looking for non-hashing client
multi segment thingo would be good too. As an aside: without hashing, segmented downloading is dangerous since you cannot verify that it's the same file (unless you cheat and use the TTH that other clients supply), and you will not be able to verify you've downloaded segments correctly. I'm sorry y...

No one's provided a reason why DC can't figure out commonality of users between hubs. ADC's CID was meant to end the guessing.
