first of all, any bot that doesn't exists for security, banning, kicking etc.. should always be implimented (im my opinion) outside the hub. I recomend you write 3d party bot in the language you are familiar with and host it some computer you have left over.

if you change one line of code in the dc++ code (if i remember correctly), then you can right-klick PM to people, i think it was like that i implimented it. This would require that you compile your own client..

this should never be implimented unless you update the slots-counter on granting slots, i don't remember the current implimentation in dc++ (have to check)

otherwise max slots-rules would mean nothing...

some hubs doesn't care which IP you send, it will use the ip that it see's.

so this is nothing funny, try to connect out of the box ;))

remember that the filename in the dc-list doesn't have to anything with the name/path where it is actually stored. All you need is a map between "called on dc" to "path/name"
