Change the order between $MyINFO and $GetNickList

I think we should consider changing the order of two commands in the hub-client handshake. Today it is; $Version $GetNickList $MyINFO Into; $Version $MyINFO $GetNickList This is more logical... one problem, some hubs might expect this order. I know that ptokax-hub might get confused. So, here we go again.. As i was supposed to investigate the $Search and $SR as i'm a big fan of improving these i compiled a small dc++ which showed me which $SR i sent back passivly to hubs, and i found something funny. In many new hubsoftwares, MyINFO is an essential part of the handshaking between client and hub. You will not be allowed to grab the NickList before the handshake is done.
