This is really an issue for samba to fix, but they seem very content with samba performing at this horrid speed so I dont expect anything to happend there. Right... So we should fix other's poor code? Or what? Why are you asking for an improvement of DC++ when the flaw is in Samba? every time Windo...

It compiles all the same with the :: operator omited from these calls. I think, the :: is there to call the function...

You really shouldn't want to do this. If there's a quirk in Wine you need to work around, it's much better to fix it in Wine.

You can't 'send' text to the status bar. DC++ will just filter a message if it contain 'is kicking because:'. It's not an 'operator-feature'. If you want just operators to 'send to' the status bar, have the hub filter it.

The problem with 'on top' is that there's a possible collision with other applications that also want to be 'on top' (that is, how do you decide which application that should 'the most on top'). I believe Raymond Chen has blogged about this..

Why do you even need the format to be included? Use 'Any' as file type and enter "<search word(s)> ape" (and replace ape with whatever you want as file type).

If you 'need' it to be implemented, add an entry to the bugzilla and post a patch and you'll see if it gets accepted.

Yes.
Sunnyboy wrote:Or may be I need to store TTH + file size? As I understand two or more files can have a the same TTH root value.
No. Store "abc" in filea.txt and "def" in fileb.txt. They will have the same size but NOT the same TTH. With TTH, the name and file size is disregarded.
