About up-load limiting. I think that it should exist but in another form. Why not add an option in DC++ that permit reducing resources in it. although. DC++K is saving face a little, by binding the ups and downs together, i would still kick and ban you out of our hubs if you got caught using such tools.
the original DC++ should stay as it is.
