As of right now, it's not possible. Best thing you can do is use a mod client which lets you specify which NIC to use, then set up each client appropriately.

A mod by xhost was made that has this type of feature (and it was rejected from being patched into DC++). In the DC++ client table, look for the clients with 'download limiting' for the clients which have this feature.

If you're trying to connect to your hub that is on your LAN, connect to the hubs local IP address (192.168.x.x) instead of the dynamic name.

I believe DCDM can put users info into a database, which I *think* will tell you their share sizes ( I never use CDMs, since they cause cancer).

As for the rest of your script... it's pretty demanding and involved, so I'm not sure there is or will be one out there.

The question that should be asked is, why can't many companies make a decent firewall that doesn't crap out if an application is upgraded?

Being that the computer uses 100% cpu when DC++ is not running, means its not a DC++ problem.

1) Scan your computer for viruses
2) scan for malware (download and install 'SpyBot Search and Destroy' and AdAware)
3) Check your hard drive for errors: start | run | cmd /k chkdsk /v /r

You're right, a kick is a temp ban, usually lasting for 10 minutes (but that can be changed in most hubsofts).

Unbanning is also specific to each hubsoft, so read the help file.
