I am in the "poor soul that has ADSL but isn’t using a bandwidth limiter" category. I'v skimmed through this mamoth topic (someone with a bit of spare time really should make a summary or s.t); there are loads of good points but the fact remains that i'm still stuck here finding it impossible...
