I wished to say that i sure have a 128KBPS line but my line with my ISP is of 10MBit. I do not know the difference between different types of proxy but my situation is this. I have a slow line 128Kbps and when i connect to DC Hubs i get speeds of max 16KB/sec. My ISP has a high speed proxy which i use for download from http servers and i get till 60KB/sec downloads.... is there any w...
