it seems to only be when i try to download a *.rec file from freewebs it shows the file in text in internet explorer and a yellow bar apears just below my addresse bar saying "the file was restricted beacuase the content doesnt match its security information" surely there must be a way to remove mic...

added: i have disabled the firewall and antivurs the problem started when MSSC was installed

Other possible answers are to remove SP2 or to disable the relevant service as well as the "remove windows" one. You'll have to be a bit more specific about what exactly you want to remove (and possibly why) in order to get a proper answer. well the problem isant DC related but i couldent get help ...

is there any way of removing this garbage from my computer?
