I thank you all for discussing the technical possibilities to integrate a feature to Identify completed directories or files (depending on what one was downloading). I think you have managed to understand my explanation.

Yes the file file would only de moved when The whole download has been completed. Thus making our lives easier in identifying the completed downloads.

Is my idea worth following?
