No problem with uploads, I can just share out stuff on another DC++ instance. But when downloading, It would be great for both ISPs to be downloading different segments of ...

I am on Internet2 (www.internet2.edu). I notice I get really nice fast connections if another user is on Internet2 as well. It would be great to be able to be able to choose them from among other, more likely slower users when I search.

it may be possible to do P2P / DC from behind a nat just ok.

Please let's figure this out. Too many people are behind NAT for DC to work well. When I switched from Passive to Active it was amazing how much more active my connection became.
