grouping of search results with same TTH?

The grouping of search results with the same TTH is one feature that DC++ could really use. If same TTH search results were grouped under a single expandable [+] then it would be easy to tell which file has the most sources (and probably the non-corrupted one). Just wondering if this feature is goin...

filter out all search results with no TTH root

having an option to filter out all search results with no tth root would be nice so a source with a TTH root would always be selected as ensuring the dl queue entry would also have a TTH root.

I think the DC network is the one with the highest quality regarding available files. Offering a multisource download features will make many people invade the DC network with corrupt and mislabel files like "britteney nude hot teen sex naked shower preteen hardcore boob tit.mpg.avi". wait...how is...

dpm, hashing might be going very slow for you because you have all those other processes taking up cpu time and since the hashing thread priority for dc++ is set to low all other processes running on the system get priority over it.

see what happens if you close everything else then run dc++

Re: IM INTERRESTED

but if there is only 1 source? better a slow user than nothing
have a user defined variable to set the # of sources a file must have before dc++ starts dropping slow users, simple

and i agree, this would be an excellent feature

dc really wasnt designed to have multisource downloads potentially just a few users could take up hundreds of slots (most cable and dsl connections are fast enough for this)...which is why a lot of hubs ban multisource clients I would like faster downloads too but crippling entire hubs with tons of ...

Music files and larger files tend to be corrupted (really annoying when you have been waiting for that 700MB file for several hours or days) when downloading from multiple sources and the video files might get nasty artifacts, that used to happen when I was using Kazaa. Yea, I tested the latest ver...

File integrity is indeed a huge problem. I occasionally use zDC++ (a multisource client using dc++ core) to get anime episodes and there is definitly a chance of file corruption when using multiple sources for one file. I would strongly suggest NOT using multisourcing clients to download large files...
