Huh?
StrongDC++ has this implemented in a nice way.

If you do a manual search with keyword A, and then start searching again for keyword B, StrongDC keeps you waiting for until X seconds has passed since search A. X is a parameter you can alter in settings.

How's that hurting hub performance, eh?

Remember those unfortunate fellows that have to pay more for their international traffic than domestic (I've read about this in some other threads..)
So I guess it would be a real nice feature for some, pretty useless but fun for others.

Just out pf curiosity. Is that a bandwith limiting client you are using?

I personally think that bandwith limiting would be great, say I could limit my 2 mbit at connection at work to use at most 1 mbit.

But is your limit set at 8 kb? Yikes, I'd hate to download from anyone at that rate!
