1st... How Do I Ban A IP Range with that or Ptotkx
2nd... How Do i make it to where only VIP or higher can use the !talk command cause i have users using it to make it look like other users are saying what there saying (basically geting them kicked)

it never loads in the scripts, i tried to restart the scripts in the hub soft and threw the hub and everything there accept the trica loads

i put the hubs list addy i put in for it to be reg in and went to the public hubs list and i didnt find my hub, i think its not as simple as mark auto regsiter and put in the addy

ok this is gona be my first hub and im trying to use PtokaX-0[1].326 and i got most of the options setup and was wondering where can i find scripts/bots/triva and the rest i need to run the hub?? this is my first so help is very much apreaciated
