Is there an editor for xml files with a what-you-see-is-what-you-get interface? I mean, I would like to edit my queue.xml the way I see it in the download queue window in dc, but I need more options, eg. move dirs to another dir with dragging it or someeasier way than. I don't know if this is the good place for this, but I've found one strange behaviour with one of the dc++ mods (zdc++). It happens only in my client and for the most people I've talked not: the right click context menu opens downwards from tab and not upwards and most of the functions can't be used...

I'd rather advise to use a firewall, that will show you the ip for all connections. Netlimiter uses to much cpu

It's simple then: you give all the other applications full access to the net and restricts only that one.

Backup your .xml files at least once a day e.g. in zip file, it takes not much time and space. That will save you such loss

And how would you think that? Blocking internet access without any 3rd party software I don't think is possible. But you can try to force your program that needs to check the site not to do that within the program. Just use a disassembler and change the code
