How about connecting upload limit to download limit(so that if u cap ur ul to 10kB/s u can only get 50kB/s - or lower) Should be fair enough. Oh and btw - Do I understand correctly or the whole issue of not putting ul cap into dc++ is to prevetn morons that aren't smart enough from halting their ul?...
