looks like I cannot edit messages, so I'm posting another one. Another way is to install something like mldonkey, it creates a www interface and you can access it through browser. But problably this isn't a answer for you since you asked about DC++, and also I belive mldonkey isn't realy liked in dc...

My DC++ is almost always running, and when I'm away (@ school for example) it would be nice to remotely control my DC++. I could start new downloads or just view the download progress etc. Therefore it would be great to have a bouncer-program so I could control my DC++ when I'm away (like psyBNC is...

Hopefully this hasn't been suggested yet, or else feel free to yell at me =P Anyway, often times different hubs with different rules don't allow me to have the same file types in my shares (ex. no mp3s in lossless hubs, but mp3s in mp3 hubs). This can easily be remedied by opening another instance ...

Well it's not that unreliable as you might think, NFS (Network File System) is actually using UDP. The difference is that NFS doesn't spoof source address, without knowing who is sending there won't be way to control transfer, what about: - resending bad chunks - controlling amount and speed of sen...
