Hello, This my first post in these forums, so be kind :) What I want to know is: My actual ISP has 4 megas of download speed and 256 of upload; if I go to an ISP with 20 megas of download speed and 400 of upload, will I notice much difference in download speed in dc++? How about in emule and torrent...
