I think I am onto a winner here: How about if DC++ could periodically check that certain program are running? And open up more slots accordingly? For instance is the screensaver is running, opening more slots might be quite useful for a lot of people. Or vice versa.. open x many less slots that defa...

I have been reading through this thread and everyone seems to be interested in ADSL and 10Mbit connections, which is fair enough. But there are a select few users (I know of about 250+) who use DC++ on a University LAN, which means we are all connected at 100Mbit Full Duplex, a nice rate of 10Mb/s! ...
