DC++

In my hub that I run using Ynhub...ops and owner can see description of all but the regular users can not see any description at all. I would like everyone to see descriptions of everyone else. How do I do this?

My hub uses Ynhub and I use dc++ to access it.

I would like a sound to play whenever someone enters the hub.

Is this possible?

And how in laymans terms do I do it?
