The problem is that opendchub 7.14 cannot handle the new client's connection type strings. Try to set it to '5' on your client or better upgrade the hubsoftware to 7.15 (since all of your users with DC++ 0.68+ and based clients are also cannot connect with the default setting).

I never had this kind of message but in the latest version (3.5.2) the hub registration procedue was completly rewritten and it produces far better error messages so I recommend you to upgrade to the latest.
You can get info about pingers if you turn on 'Report pingers to OPs' option.

That message is shown in your web browser and saying your mod's home page is out of order... I cant't see your problem has any connection with the DC network and especially with vanilla DC++
Maybe there is a setting let you turn off opening sababadc.com at start of your client.

Go to Help / About menu check what modded version you use. If you can see any web address on the About panel go there for further support.
