It doesn't, wel it could by looking at the speed of the filelist.
But i just like an option to take the download of another user without removeing the current user from the queuelist.
Choosing where to download from is sometimes prefered but would also be an option.

Next to remove user from queue, i would like the option to download from a selected user (from users with free slot ofcourse). For example: You have a file which 4 people have with free slots, now it starts to download from the one that you fastest downloaded the file list from. but lets say after 2...
